The tasks:

Amur basin was inhabited by more than 70 nationalities.

The most numerous are the Russians. Other nationalities are: the Nanais, the Ulchis, the Udegeis,the Orochis, the Evenkis.

About the Daurs: "Some of them were involved in farming and others in animal husbandry. They grew six different kinds of grain crops . They bred different animals including horses, cows, sheep, pigs, and hens..." They hunted with bows and did not know firearms.

The Far Easten forests are full of different animals and birds. They are : northern reindeers, Asiatic black bears, wolves, Manchurian tigers , squirrels, foxes, hares and other animals.
