«always»
*He’s always telling lies!
Речь идёт о заранее намеренном действии в ближайшем будущем
*I’m flying to London tomorrow.

с суффиксом -ING, а перед ним стоит обязательно-

Present to BE- глагол вспомогательный. Вот, что должно у тебя получиться:

Я читаю-I am reading
Мы читаем-We are reading
Он читает-He is reading
Так и дальше ты спрягай и пятёрки получай!

Present Continuous- настоящее длительное время
