1924 in Kuznetsk. She was a dramatic actress. Honored
Artist of the Russian Federation (1957), People's Artist of the Russian Federation (1966). She graduated from school number 1 in Kuznetsk, worked as a turner and studied at the studio of the local theatre (1942-1947). Since 1947 she began to work in the Penza Drams Theatre. Then she became the leading actress of the theatre. She was awarded the Order of Labor Red Banner (1986). Ludmila Lozitskaya is an honorary citizen of Penza (1994).

Предтеченский Михаил Предтеченский Михаил Иванович (1902, Кузнецк – 20.08.1919),
участник Октябрьской революции и Гражданской войны. Окончил в Кузнецке
реальное училище, организовал в училище кружок юных революционеров, послуживший основой первой комсомольской ячейки «Коммунистический Союз молодежи (КСМ) им. 3-го Интренационала». Добровольцем ушел на Восточный фронт. В сражении был тяжело ранен. Умер на поле боя. Его именем названа улица в Кузнецке (1957).
