Wilde was a popular Irish poet, novelist and dramatist.

He was born on October, 16 1854 in Dublin. After graduating from Oxford University, he lectured as a poet and art critic. His most famous works are: “ The Picture of Dorian Gray” and“The Importance of Being Earnest”, as well as some excellent short stories like “The Canterville Ghost”.
