Westminster Abbey Standing not far form the Houses of
Parliament, Westminster Abbey is a symbol of England. The
legend says that Westminster Abbey was founded by St Peter himself. We know that the coronation of Royal Family takes place here. Some famous English people are also buried here, for example Charles Darwin, Icaac Newton,R.Kipling. The funeral service for Diana, Princess of Wales took place in Westminster Abbey in September 1997.

Welcome to the Tower of London!
The Tower
has 900 years history. It has been many things:
a fortress, a prison, a place of execution, a palace and even a zoo. Today the Tower is best known as a historical museum and more than 2 million people visit it each year. The Tower of London was started in 1066 by William the Conqueror. The oldest building of the Tower is the White Tower. The walls of the White Tower are 27 metres high and about 5 metres thick at the base.

luck to Britain. The ravens are looked after by the official Ravenmaster, who feeds them and checks their health.
